The Trione team went up to Rockpile Ridge where we have 8 acres of Zin, the St. Peter's Church clone, planted. Vineyard Manager, John Tankersley led the team through the vineyard. He demonstrated the process of guiding the vines to the positions they will be when they mature. We are not quite sure if the will be unilateral or bilateral; Winemaker, Scot Covington and John have to decide what will work best.

We were excited to learn and cannot wait for that Zin!!
